1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all orders and the use of the ColeiraFC website. By using the website and purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

2. Contract Formation
A purchase contract is concluded between you and ColeiraFC when you submit your order.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is accepted via the methods provided at checkout.

4. Shipping
We ship exclusively within Switzerland and Europe. Within Switzerland via Swiss Post, outside via DHL. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds
As we sell vintage and second-hand items, returns are only accepted if the item does not match the description. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days after inspection. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days. Always include your order number when contacting us.

6. Liability
ColeiraFC is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

7. Changes to Terms
ColeiraFC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
